01/23/2010 - Cleveland, OH (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - LeBron James scored 13 of his game-high 37 points in the last quarter and came up with a game-saving block on Kevin Durant, as the Cavaliers held off the Oklahoma City Thunder, 100-99, at Quicken Loans Arena.

Shaquille O'Neal had a season-high 22 points for Cleveland, which won its fourth straight game. Daniel Gibson added 13, including the go-ahead three- pointer with 8.7 seconds left. Jawad Williams scored 12 in the win.

James, who also had 12 rebounds and nine assists, made 6-of-10 from three- point range.

Durant ended with 34 points and 10 boards for the Thunder, who have lost back- to-back contests following a three-game winning streak. Their last four games have been decided by a total of eight points. Russell Westbrook had 23 points in defeat.

Oklahoma City led by as many as six early in the final quarter, but found themselves trailing 95-91 following a pair of James free throws with 2:59 remaining.

A Durant free throw, Westbrook jumper and two from the line from Jeff Green gave the Thunder a one-point lead with 56.7 seconds to go.

The door was then opened for Oklahoma City to steal the win when Anderson Varejao missed a pair from the charity stripe for the Cavs with 38.7 ticks left.

Westbrook, though, missed a short jumper and Gibson spotted up for a three, received the pass from James and knocked down the go-ahead shot from the left wing for a 98-96 edge.

After a timeout, Durant tried to give the Thunder the lead, but his shot from the left side was swatted away by James, who was then fouled. He barely sank the ensuing free throws with 2.9 seconds left, and Durant made a three at the buzzer.

Cleveland held a 26-23 lead after one quarter and widened that to 56-43 at the half. A 17-9 spurt at the end of the third gave the Thunder a 78-77 edge.

Game Notes

Green had 11 points...The Thunder shot 38.4 percent from the field...Cleveland went 12-of-28 from beyond the arc...Durant extended his franchise record by scoring 25-plus points in 18 straight games, and owns an NBA-best 25 games with at least 30 points this season.
